Jeff Waxman

With over 20 years in personal fitness, from boot camps to bodybuilding, strength training, and fundamentals, I’ve learned that in the end what matters most is what brings us joy and sustained health. It’s about what fitness style works best for the client. Every single body is unique and responds differently to various styles of training.

My philosophy is “centered” around positive reinforcement and personal commitment. Whether you’re working to recover from an injury, feeling the grip of time as it passes by, or wanting to look better and feel healthy, I’m here to work with you on your journey.
