My health-focused approach to fitness training is not about lifting the heaviest weights with a number or target in mind. Instead, I encourage my clients to listen to their body and learn what it needs to perform at its best.
By targeting muscles efficiently, my clients achieve greater freedom of movement. It all boils down to what works best for them to achieve their desired goals.
My approach to yoga is about learning to use stretches, gravity, and body weight to massage and heal one’s body and mind. Together, my clients and I work on flexibility by focusing on stretching, balance, and breathing.
Yoga can be a meditative experience as well as a physical and mental workout! One-on-one sessions allow you to learn the poses without the pressure of a class or group.
